Very Simple aubergine/eggplant dish from the Philippines called tortang talong. OBSESSED! #shorts

For those of you wondering why eggplant is named thus, look no further. I found the reason they taste great together. During a recent perusal of the Internet, I came across this outrageously simple and equally outrageously delicious Filipino eggplant aubergine recipe. Burn the shit out of the aubergine like it's committed heresy or you're making Baba ghanoush. Peel them dippy dippy in eggs, then fry on both sides until done. Goes perfect with rice and traditionally Filipino banana ketchup. Thank me later.
