Singham Again Box Office Collection Day 5
Singham Again (also known as Singham 3), the latest addition to Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe, has proven to be a major box office success, with box office smashing in just the first five days upon release in India and collecting ₹153.25 crore. Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan film opens to ₹43.5 crore on day 1, ₹42.5 crore on day 2, ₹35.75 crore on day 3, but drops heavily on day 4 to ₹18 crore and day 5 to ₹13.5 crore-that’s what the pattern is after a blockbuster opening.
But the movie fared well as it topped Devgn’s last release Shaitaan lifetime collections, which stood at ₹148.21 crore in 38 days of its run. The worldwide collections for Singham Again stood over ₹200 crores mark, with ₹167.5 crores from India and ₹42.5 crores abroad, and has touched the mark of ₹210 crores.
The film managed to pull in an overall theatrical occupancy of 26.79% on its fifth day from cities like Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, Jaipur, and Pune. The movie is directed by Rohit Shetty. Singham Again stars Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan along with some other stars like Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, and Tiger Shroff. A special cameo by Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey gives the film extra-star power.
Released on November 1, Singham Again clashed with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, yet still performed outstandingly and ensured its place as a commercial success.
