AI-powered learning robots enter Chinese industries, given on-site training
Robotics corporations are set to revolutionise industries in China by deploying AI powered humanoid robots to do the same jobs as human beings. The difference between these robots and the ones already used in industrial work today is their ability to absorb information and learn, as opposed to acting based on their predetermined programming. Researchers are training the robots on site in a variety of jobs, including quality inspection on vehicles, cooking food and sorting goods. The robots are expected to make their first appearance in car manufacturing before the end of the year. Officials say they plan for the robots to be fully integrated into China's industries by 2027.
