Manufacturers ‘going insolvent’ at ‘triple the rate’ in last two years: Jane Hume

Shadow Finance Minister Jane Hume says manufacturers are “going insolvent” at “triple the rate” in the last two years.

Ms Hume said manufacturers are “looking for an economic plan”.

“They’re not looking for spin, they’re not looking for something to win elections,” Ms Hume told Sky News Australia.

“That seems to be all that we’ve heard from the Future Made in Australia bill.”
