'Big shock’: APA Group to take $145m impairment after Qenos closure
Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd says the closure of the Qenos plant in Botany was a “big shock” to the industry.
Infrastructure giant APA Group will take a non-cash impairment of $145 million on one of its pipelines which delivers ethane gas to Sydney.
“It is an acknowledgment from APA Group that Qenos was a big customer for them,” Mr Boyd said.
