At the end of the day, happy monks, brew better ale.
The brewing aspect of the game is where things get really interesting, however, especially for those into the craft, as there are no pre-made recipes in Ale Abbey. Instead, players must experiment, innovate, and adjust to create the best ale. To do so, they can learn from different European regions and purchase new technology to help them craft. There is a free demo available for Ale Abbey which PC players can check out on Steam.

From the trailer alone, fans are not only able to see how beautiful the game looks but also just how many gameplay options will be available to them. In many ways, Crimson Desertlooks almost like a medieval fantasy version of RDR2, with players being able to hijack wagons and tame horses. However, there are also many unique elements, such as the ability to push siege towers onto foes or take to the skies in a hot air balloon.

An Extraction-Lite Game Set In A Land Ravished By Plague
- Platforms: PC, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5
- Expected Release: TBA
- Developer: Haenir Studio
Although it doesn't currently have a release date, Blight: Survival is an upcoming medieval game to get excited about, in large part due to the incredible combat animations that were shown off in its trailer. The premise of the extraction-lite game is that players are dropped into an alternate medieval world, where a deadly plague has taken over, infecting the fallen. This Blight mutates corpses and brings them back to life, and it is the player's job to locate the source of the Blight and destroy it.
As mentioned previously, the animations are a huge standout, as there is a real weight to every movement, and actions such as tackling and grappling are both possible. - Platforms: PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S
