This is especially true for movies, which often require actors to maintain a completely straight face while discussing defense strategies against a monster who is too phallic to be coincidental. As a result, when Redditor sarai_dreamsasked r/AskReddit, “What movie scene wasn’t meant to be funny but made you laugh anyway?” Reddit was more than happy to cite cringey dialogue, slapstick deaths and at least one really ugly crier.
