Ukraine Makes First ATACMS Strike Inside Russia, RBC-Ukraine Says

It feels like a turning point actually in Ukraine making its first attacks strike inside Russia. Now this is a new approach, an approach of course that was blessed by the US just a couple of days ago when they approved to apply this American made army tactical missile system known as attacks. Now these are supersonic guided missiles. They have a range about 300 kilometers, can carry a conventional, conventional or cluster munitions. So this is a turning point. This is according to RBC Ukraine. These are the first attacks. Putin, for his part, has approved the expanded use of nuclear weapons in doctrine. Again, we'll try to get to the bottom of what exactly this means, whether it's an escalation that could have consequences for the immediate future. We'll unpack that next.
