Amon-Ra St. Brown rewards a proud, loyal Lions fan
Ranbir Aulakh is a big fan of Lions All-Pro wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown. Aulakh made the national sports show rounds with an incident that involved his fandom and an encounter with another NFL All-Pro wideout.
Earlier this week, Aulakh was at an event where Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase was posing with fans for photos. Except Chase refused to take a picture with Aulakh because the fan was wearing a grey St. Brown jersey. He demanded the Lions colors come off before taking the photo.
Aulakh sent out a plea to St. Brown for a little backup, and the Detroit superstar delivered.
St. Brown let Chase know that it was nothing but respect for his talents. The Sun God was simply honoring a proud fan. And he did so with a new-style white jersey and a message.
It is, in fact, possible to be fans of both standouts. Hopefully Chase sees that light.
