Bill Belichick’s House: An Inside Look at the Patriots Head Coach’s $1.9 Million Home

Bill Belichick’s House: An Inside Look at the Patriots Head Coach’s $1.9 Million Home New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick watches from the sideline as they take on the Los Angeles Chargers at Gillette Stadium.

Former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is an eight-time Super Bowl winner and one of the greatest coaches in NFL history.

As a result of his success, he’s done quite well for himself, with an impressive net worth. Given the money he’s made, he was able to purchase some lavish homes in recent years. Let’s take a look at the legend’s massive houses.

A Look at Bill Belichick’s Home

During his stint as the Patriots’ head coach, Belichick bought a house in Hingham, Massachusetts, which is near Boston on the South Shore of the Massachusetts Bay.

His home includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 4,400 square feet. It is estimated to be worth roughly $1.9 million. It is located right off of a golf course and features a large wine cellar and an encircled patio.

While that is Belichick’s main home, he also owns a compound of six houses in Nantucket worth over $10 million. He began purchasing the homes in 1979.

The compound includes cedar-shingled homes for his family and friends. The compound, called Sconset, has been developed on Siaconset’s eastern shore.

“He’s got quite a little compound going,’’ said Susanne Greene, whose husband, Wade, sold Belichick’s first Sconset property.

Although he stays out of the public eye for the most part, he did speak about his compound once.

“The island is spectacular,” Belichick said in an interview back in 2018. “The people are great, fishing, bike paths, the lighthouses, the beach, the history — I mean, it’s got it all.”

Additionally, Belichick bought a condominium at a Jupiter, Florida yacht club in 2009. According to public records, it cost him $1.4 million. He registered a 30-foot pleasure boat there in 2015.

In addition to winning eight Super Bowls — the most of any individual in NFL history — Belichick has racked up 333 career wins across the regular season and playoffs throughout his coaching career, which is the second-most in NFL history. He’s just 15 wins away from passing Don Shula as the winningest NFL coach of all time.

Belichick has been named the NFL Coach of the Year three times, in 2003, 2007, and 2010. He also won the PFWA Executive of the Year in 2021 for his role as acting general manager of the Patriots.
