Aaron Judge's hitting coach blasts Yankees for 'terrible' player development

Aaron Judge's hitting coach blasts Yankees for 'terrible' player development

New York Yankees star Aaron Judge can't do it all by himself.

Even with Juan Soto also playing at a near-MVP level ahead of him in the lineup, the duo simply cannot be the only ones producing for the Yankees.

It's become a common theme that when Judge hits produces, the Yankees win. When he doesn't, rarely has the rest of the lineup stepped up — sans Soto.

It's gotten to the point where even Judge's hitting coach, Richard Schenck, blasted the Yankees on social media for their development of offensive players.

There are many issues with the Yankees right now in the middle of a slide having lost 7-of-10 and 13-of-20 games. Having Judge play at an MVP level isn't going to do much when the lineup isn't helping around him.

It's not a great look for Judge's hitting coach to be openly calling out the organization, but these types of things happen when teams go through the type of slide the Yankees have in the last month.
