We all know how intense “Running Man Philippines” can be, and in an Instagram post, Miguel Tanfelix revealed how extreme it could get.

Miguel shared he and “co-sakitin Runner” Kokoy De Santos had to go to a clinic after playing the show’s signature Name Tag game.

In his carousel post, the Kapuso celebrity included a photo that showed him and Kokoy both lying down on clinic beds with IV bags in their veins.

"Just had my first name tag ripping and this is what it felt like," Miguel began his caption.

"And then there's the aftermath, a trip to the clinic with my co sakitin runner," he added.

Miguel included videos of the game, where he stole the medals of Kapitan Mikael Daez, to whom he apologized in his caption.

“Sorry Kap huhu bawi ako sa next episodes promiseeee,” Miguel said.

The “Voltes V: Legacy” star was named the first Name Tag Ripper of the second season.

Name Tag makes the Runners strip off the name tags of other players. The team with the most remaining members with intact name tags wins.

Running Man Philippines” is the Philippine adaptation of the popular South Korean variety show known for its hilarious missions.

Joining Miguel, Kokoy, and Mikael are Glaiza De Castro, Buboy Villar, Angel Guardian, and Lexi Gonzales.

This season has top celebrity guests like Korean superstars Sandara Park, Nancy McDonnie, and Haha of “Running Man Korea.”

Josh of SB19 and Unis members Gehlee and Elisa, Pinoy athletes Eric “Eruption” Tai and Mark Striegl, award-winning actress Alessandra de Rossi, and Kapuso stars Rochelle Pangilinan, Herlene Budol, Paul Salas, Archie Alemania, Michael Sager, and Bianca Umali are more of this season’s guests.

Original Pinoy runner Ruru Madrid is also appearing in the season for a special participation.

“Running Man Philippines” is a co-production of GMA Network and SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System). It airs weekends at 7:15 p.m. on GMA Network.
