Sanya Lopez explains why she remains NBSB

During a press conference for her upcoming film ‘Playtime,’ actress Sanya Lopez shed light on why she remains NBSB (No Boyfriend Since Birth).

The film also stars Coleen Garcia, Faye Lorenzo, and Xian Lim.

When asked about her love life, Lopez explained her perspective candidly. “Hindi ko rin talaga siya hinahanap, dapat ako ‘yung hinahanap niya,” she said with a laugh, emphasizing that she believes her future partner should take the initiative.

Lopez pointed out that her demanding career plays a significant role in her relationship status.

“Mayroon pero hindi lang ‘yung time na puwede ako. Mahirap ‘yung klase ng trabaho na meron ako, kaya naman kung kaya niyang tanggapin, katulad nga po nung sinabi ko, may Sang’gre, may Pulang Araw, may Playtime,” she noted.

She stressed that any potential partner must accept her busy schedule and professional commitments.

Sanya also mentioned her cautious approach to relationships, ensuring that any suitor is genuinely sincere before she considers a relationship. “Lagi naman tayong [may kinikilatis] pero kung sino ‘yung talagang, ‘yung talagang totoo, kasi gusto ko ‘yung siyang siya na,” she explained. She humorously added that previous potential relationships might have faltered due to high expectations and timing issues.

In addition to ‘Playtime,’ Sanya Lopez will also star in the GMA Prime series ‘Sang’gre’ and ‘Pulang Araw.’ Directed by Mark Reyes, ‘Playtime’ is set to hit theaters nationwide starting June 12.
