Through her virtual tour, viewers were introduced to the sophisticated features and modern amenities of the two-story luxurious abode within the residential skyscraper complex.

Potential buyers can expect a bedroom loft with balcony with toilet and bath areas, a powder room, and a maid’s quarter with bathroom.

As per Rufa Mae's post, the fully-furnished unit located at the complex's San Lorenzo Tower also comes with two car parking slots.

In addition to selling the property, Quinto mentioned that it is available for rent at a monthly rate of PHP150,000, which includes dues.

However, she emphasized that the rental option is available only for long-term leases of at least one year, with no short-term rentals being considered.

Despite revealing these details, the actress chose not to disclose her reasons for deciding to sell or rent out the condominium.

RUFA'S ANCESTRAL HOME

Rufa Mae has other properties.

Back in October 2019, she happily related the expected outcome of the renovation she had been working on for her family's old home.

Talking to PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) through Instagram's direct message at the time, she talked about her soft spot for their ancestral home because it was the place she grew up in.

She recalled (published as is), "[It's] the first house of my grandma Lucing, who I call my Mom also, siya nag-alaga at nag palaki sa akin (father side).

"[It's] located at Cubao, Quezon City. I lived there before when I was single."

Before it was signed in her care, the house was initially handed over to Rufa Mae's aunt.

It wasn't until the late '90s — at the height of her popularity as the character Booba — was she able to repurchase the property back.

Booba was the iconic persona Rufa Mae player on GMA-7's now-defunct prime-time sitcom Kool Ka Lang (1998-2003), and its consequential spin-off movies incuding Booba (2001), Super B (2002), and Masikip Sa Dibdib (2004).

"I got the house in 2000, which was sold by my auntie. My grandma sold her first house to her niece na doktora.

"So it was sold back to me, parang binalik lang ni God itong house sa akin. I guess para sa amin talaga ito.

"Bound to happen kaya I will cherish this since daddy ko also lived here around 1969-1970."

She later added: "I didn’t push sa house on my own because I felt alone. I told myself I will have my own house when I have my own family.

"I’ve been living alone in Acropolis subdivision for almost ten years, from 2000 to 2009, and ayaw ko na. So I decided to return to my family's ancestral house."

LOVE FOR INTERIOR DESIGNING

As the interview went on, Rufa Mae also entailed the 10-year journey of achieving the look she envisioned for the ancestral home.

"My architect, Charina, helps me. I've been brainstorming for this since 2009, in Corinthian hills, yung house ko when I was single, kaya kilala na ako ng architect ko," she told PEP.ph.

"Alam niya ito ang gusto ko and taste ko. Malinis na modern American style."

She mentioned that this drive to be hands-on when it comes to interior designing stems from her childhood setup.

"I grew up na palipat-lipat ng bahay since madaming house Lola Lucing ko."

Rufa Mae also mentioned: "I love to go to home/appliance centers. Ito po ang ginagawa ko kahit nung bata ako lagi ako sa mga department store, sa mga home furniture or CR section...

"I learned from studying online and practice. I have magazines and books for home interiors."
