WEDDING ALBUM: Cong TV and Viy Cortez
A decade of tumultous togetherness culminated for vloggers Cong TV and Viy Cortez in an extravagant wedding ceremony at the L'Annunziata Parish in Muntinlupa City on June 17, 2024.
The occasion was all but typical, with the YouTube stars flexing their vlogger status by snapping a selfie right after they were pronounced husband and wife.
In front of the altar, they took a photo of themselves proudly displaying their wedding rings.
Here's everything you need to know about the festive gathering.

THE VENUE
Perched atop a hill in the heart of Victoria Homes Subdivision, in the southernmost part of Tunasan, Muntinlupa, stands the L'Annunziata Parish Church.
The Cathedral-inspired church constructed in the '80s earned its name after "The Annunciation oto Mary."
Among the most popular wedding destinations in the south, the L'Annunziata Parish Church was revamped into a majestic space for Cong TV and Viy's union.
A floral arch brimming with delicate white flowers created the picture-perfect backdrop as Viy walked down the aisle.
Just before reaching the altar, a mirrored walkway amplified the abundance of white flowers and decorations cascading throughout the venue.
Their wedding was meticulously coordinated by Princess Ann Ramos of Events by Miss P.
THE BRIDE
Filipino fashion designer Leo Almodal was the visionary behind Viy's custom-made, fully crystallized gown that looked straight out of a fairy tale.
Adorned with Swarovski crystals from the sweetheart neckline to the hem of the skirt, Viy's bodice, classic full petticoat, and sheer opera sleeves seamlessly complemented the satin puff dress train and cathedral veil.
Taking to his Instagram profile, he sent his well wishes to the bride along with a photo of the 26-year-old mompreneur wearing his creation.
He captioned the post: "Beautiful Bride @viycortez in @leoalmodal Bridal Masterpiece [emojis] Congratulations @congtv and Viy."
The 26-year-old mompreneur is the latest addition to Leo Almodal's portfolio of celebrity clients, joining the ranks of Ara Mina, for whom he designed a wedding dress, and Herlene Nicole Budol, who wore many of his pieces during her pageant journey.
VIY'S GLAM LOOK
Her make-up was done by Paul Unating, assisted by Aldrin Cruz.
Paul described Viy's bridal make-up look via a social media post as a "fresh look with a twist."
Meanwhile, celebrity heairstylist Daniel Forro pulled half of Viy hair up to a bouncy updo with two center-parted side bangs to frame the content creator's jawline.
Completing the entire ensemble was the bridal bouquet arranged and curated by florist Gideon Hermosa.
The gently blooming zantedeschia and delicate lily of the valley arrangements were beautifully mirrored in the wedding ceremony venue.
THE GROOM
Cong TV went the classic route for his wedding number.
Clad in an all-black custom Francis Libiran suit, Cong TV looked every bit the dashing groom.
On choosing the celebrated designer, the celebrity dad expressed, "Kasi once in a lifetime lang ito na event sa buhay ko, so siyempre kukunin mo yung pinakamagaling na gumagawa ng mga ganito.
"At hindi ako nagkamali, guys, kasi sobrang ganda!"
The classic tuxedo gives a nod to Team Payaman—the content creator collective spearheaded by Cong TV—with its logo overlaid from the shoulders running down to the sleeve cuffs.
Complementing his suit are his signature eyebrow slit, his swept-back hair, and his top stubble beard and clean goatee.

THE GUESTS
Starting off with the VIPs in the guest list, Cong TV and Viy's one-year-old son, Kidlat, appeared adorable in his own mini formalwear consisting of a white shirt and black vest.
The Team Payaman members attended the wedding in full force.
Among them were Cong TV's brother, Junnie Velasquez, and his wife, Vien Iligan. Both were part of the entourage.
Junnie took on the best man and veil sponsor positions, with Vien by his side. Their son Mavi, was also captured in the snap shot.
Secondary sponsors consisted of Patricia Velasquez-Gaspar—Cong TV and Junnie's sister—and her husband, Kengkeng Gaspar, who served as the cord sponsors.
They, too, brought their unico hijo Isla Patriel to the wedding.
One of the principal sponsors was Charisse Tinio, CEO of Nice Print Photography, who showed up with her husband, Jibby Tinio, the co-founder of their company.
More celebrity couples outside of their kin joined the festivities including (L-R) Christopher Quimbo and Alodia Gosiengfiao, Alex Gonzaga and Mikee Morada, as well as Zeinab Harake and Bobby Ray Parks Jr.
Rapper Flow G (L) and his girlfriend Angelica Jane Yap (R) were also present, along with beauty content creator Michelle Dy (C).
At the couple's request, Black Rider actor Inah Evans and Team Payaman's Krissy Achino donned elegant black gowns by designer Carl Arcusa.
Also present were (L-R) Team Payaman's resident fitness coach JM Macariola, rapper Matthaios, and content creator Doc Alvin Francisco.
THE RECEPTION
The event styling for the reception venue at Manila Marriott was handled by Dave Sandoval.
A priceless feast for the eyes surprised the couple when they were greeted with an opulent afternoon tea-inspired banquet upon reaching the reception area.
Garlands adorned much of the space, placed alongside various ceiling installations and wrapped around the columns in the aisles.
During the wedding cake-cutting ceremony, Cong TV and Viy took ample slices from the white eight-tier cake by Honey Glaze Bakery and Kitchen.
Finally, capping off the night were brilliant fireworks, marking the beginning of their life as Mr. and Mrs. Velasquez.
