Kylie Padilla returns as Sang’gre Amihan, new Sang’gres have first taping day together
Sang’gre Amihan is back, and the new generation just had their first taping day together!
“Sang’gre” and “Encantadia” director Mark Reyes posted an Instagram photo with Kylie Padilla on set to reprise her iconic role.
“Guess who had her first day shoot for #Sanggre? Welcome back to Encantadia Hara #Amihan @kylienicolepadilla!” Direk Mark wrote in his caption.
Direk Mark’s previous post showed a group photo of Bianca Umali, Kelvin Miranda, Angel Guardian, and Faith Da Silva in front of platforms and a blue screen. They are the new generation of Sang’gres and main cast of the upcoming fantasy series.
“Estasectu! First taping day together of the four Sang’gres,” Direk Mark said.
“Sang’gre,” stars Bianca as Terra, the new keeper of the Brilyante ng Lupa; Faith as Flamarra, keeper of the Brilyante ng Apoy; Kelvin as Adamus, the new protector of the Brilyante ng Tubig; and Angel as Deia, the keeper of the Brilyante ng Hangin.
Kylie previously teased her comeback as Amihan through a makeup transformation video in June.
Other “Sang’gre” teasers showed the cast in school uniforms. The actors have also continually taken part in fight training like wushufor their roles.
Rhian Ramos is also joining the series as Mitena, Cassiopeia's twin. More stars from the 2016 remake such as Glaiza De Castro as Pirena and Rocco Nacino as Aquil are also part of the series.
