BINI’s ‘Cherry On Top’ hits 1 million views within four hours of release, tops various music charts
Like a gigantic storm, BINI captivated netizens and music lovers anew, with the release of their latest single, ‘Cherry On Top‘.
Who run the world?!,a powerful line, one that’s already common, was asked by thd so-called Nation’s Girl Group, in Cherry On Top, their newest pop banger, that’s currently setting the internet ablaze. Thousands of devoted fans awaited for the official release of the music video and audio track, ladt night, July 11, and with the numbers rising to unprecedented levels, one can’t deny how massive a hit the new track is poised to be.
On YouTube alone, the music video soared past 1 million views, just three hours since its release, making it one of the fastest PPOP hits to reach such a milestone. It immediately became the no.1 trending music video on YouTube, and also topped iTunes Phipppines’ top songs and top music videos charts. It has notably quickly charted on iTunes UAE (#9), Saudi Arabia (#10), New Zealand (#14), Australia (#27), Spain (#43), Canada (#64), and United Kingdom (#198), and remains climbing to higher spots.
On Spotify, the track quickly gained hundred thousand streams, and got listed under popular playlists, including ‘New Music Friday’.
The official release of Cherry On Top, comes on the heels of the group’s very successful three-day sold out solo concert, two weeks ago, and ahead of their Grand BINIverse concert, at the Araneta Coliseum, on October 4. BINI is currently the most streamed OPM act on Spotify, with over 7.4 million monthly listeners.
