BINI makes history as first P-pop idol group to win on Choeaedol app

Sensational P-pop idol group BINI has carved their name in history by becoming the first P-pop group to win on Choeaedol, a widely acclaimed K-pop ranking and community app.

BINI topped the Girl Group category with an astounding 4.5 million hearts, surpassing prominent K-pop groups such as Dreamcatcher, which garnered 3.9 million hearts, TWICE with 1.3 million hearts, and fromis_9 with 1 million hearts. Remarkably, they also outshined the globally renowned Blackpink, which received 960,000 hearts.

Adding to their impressive achievements, BINI member Gwen, a former ‘Pinoy Big Brother Otso’ housemate, triumphed in the Girl Member category with 10 million hearts. She surpassed Takami Ayane of the J-pop idol group ME, who collected 7.3 million hearts. Miihi of the J-pop idol group NiziU secured the third spot, while Mina of TWICE came in fourth with 3.4 million hearts. Another BINI member, Aiah, also made it to the Top 5 with 1.4 million hearts.

BINI’s victory on Choeaedol underscores their rising popularity and the strong support of their fans, known as ‘Blooms.’ This win marks a significant milestone for P-pop, showcasing the growing global recognition of Filipino talent.

Fans eagerly anticipate BINI’s debut performance at KCON Los Angeles, the world’s largest K-pop fan and artist music festival. This will be BINI’s first international performance, further solidifying their presence on the global stage.

In addition, BINI has announced exciting updates for their highly anticipated ‘Grand BINIverse’ concert at the Araneta Coliseum. Initially planned as a one-night event, the concert will now be held over two nights on November 16 and 17, promising an even more spectacular experience for their fans.
