Honor launches Magic6 Pro smartphone in PH market

THE leading global smartphone provider, Honor, successfully launched the Honor Magic6 Pro in the Philippines exclusively with freebies, including a Harman Kardon Luna and Honor Earbuds X3 from May 8 to May 17, 2024.

The magical launch started with an interesting artificial intelligence (AI) discussion, followed by the reintroduction of Honor Pad 9 and the unveiling of Honor Magic6 Pro. The Honor Magic6 Pro had an impressive 180-megapixel resolution, coupled with a large F1.49-inch telephoto sensor, ensuring exceptional clarity for zoomed-in shots.

The Magic6 Pro featured the innovative Honor NanoCrystal Shield, delivering exceptional durability and stability, as it was ten times stronger than regular glass, offering unparalleled protection against accidental drops and impacts.

Furthermore, the Honor Magic6 Pro was IP68 certified for water and dust resistance, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh conditions. The second-generation silicon-carbon battery boasted a far more concentration of power capacity, pushing the boundaries of battery capacity to an extraordinary 5600 milliampere-hour. Plus, thanks to its 80-watt (W) Honor Wired SuperCharge and 66-W Honor Wireless SuperCharge, the phone could be fully charged in just 40 minutes.

The Magic6 Pro ran on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, boosting CPU performance by 30 percent and GPU performance by 25 percent compared to earlier models. With the Qualcomm AI Engine, AI features on the Magic6 Pro were smooth and stable.
