While no new Filipino films made it to the official selection, the Philippines still proudly marked its legacy at this event. The classic 1980 film Bona, directed by Lino Brocka and starring Nora Aunor andPhilip Salvador, made a comeback as an official Cannes Classics selection, 43 years after its original release.

Donning a ball gown dress with yellow ensembles from Sophie Couture, Kylie showcased her elegance which is truly deserving of the spotlight.

"Crafted from luxurious taffeta, this gown features a velvet corset and exclusive flowery print, exuding elegance and sophistication," the designer said in its Instagram post.

2. Pia Wurtzbach

Pia Wurtzbach's appearance at the Cannes 2024 Film Festival is something no one can miss! The former Miss Universe graced the event with a "stop and stare" moment, wearing a Haute Couture draped asymmetrical long dress in tobacco silk gazar.
