(SPOT.ph) A new month, a new set of promos. This week's Cheap Eats is a great jumping point—and to hopefully start a streak—to a month wherein you can save more of your hard-earned money just until the next paycheck comes. Our list of weekly promos includes deals on Starbucks coffee, Tim Hortons' maple-glazed doughnuts, Wildflour Restaurant's pastries, Viking's lunch and dinner buffets, and more.

Starbucks: Buy one, take one coffee + more

We have one question if you don't already have the Starbucks app on your phone: What are you waiting for? Aside from collecting Stars and the birthday freebies, the coffee chain has a new Starbucks Rewards Store Dash where Starbucks Rewards members can get free drinks, discounted drinks, and a B1T1 drink.

Active members need to collect five single receipt transactions worth at least P350 (paid using the app, of course), and five e-vouchers will be given after completion. The different vouchers include a free drink of any size (excluding Starbucks Reserve Premium Coffee and Ice Cream beverages); a buy one, get one on a Tall-sized drink (both should be the same drink); a free Tall Brewed Coffee or Americano with a 250-gram Packaged Whole Bean purchase; a 10% discount on purchase; and a 20% discount on Venti-sized drink (must be done through Mobile Order & Pay using the app).

This Starbucks promo runs until July 31, and voucher redemption is until August 31. Members are required to opt-in or join the Store Dash by clicking the Store Dash banner on the app’s homepage and clicking the "Accept" button. Shakey's: Family bundle for P1,698

Shakey's has a month-long promo called the Big Family Feast Classic. This bundle, priced at P1,698 (you save P858) and good for four to five people, includes an All-Time Favorite or Classic Large Pizza (your choice of Hand-Tossed Thick or Original Thin), five pieces of Chicken 'N' Mojos, Flavored Mojos Solo (also known as the Potato Corner x Shakey's collaboration), and a pitcher of their House Blend Iced Tea.

This also comes with a new Supercard Classic, with the complimentary Upgraded Welcome Treat which can either be a Classic Large Pizza or the Skiletti Family Platter. This Shakey's promo is available for dine-in, takeout, and delivery (free delivery via the app, hotline, or website) in all Shakey's stores except MCIA, NAIA, and Boracay until July 31.

Abé: 50% discount on Filipino ulam

Abé's Gateway 2 branch is celebrating its first anniversary with a 50% discount on their different meaty bestsellers. From July 1 to 6, you can get their Klassik Kare-Kare for half its regular price, followed by 50% discounts on Sinigang sa Ube from July 8 to 14, Crispy Tadyang from July 15 to 21, and Paksiw na Pla Pla from July 22 to 25.

Zark's Burgers: Ultimate Burger for only P15

Zark's Burger is celebrating 15 years by offering their Ultimate Burger for only P15, which regularly costs P219 for a solo serving. You can only get the P15 Ultimate Burger if you buy any of Zark's Burgers burgers or Dawgs meals. Some of your options for the burger meals are these bestsellers: Zark's Ultimate (P294), Zark's Classic (P254), Three Pointer (P284), Zark's Mamba (P284), Zark's Bacon All-Star (P294), and more, while the Dawgs only come in four flavors, namely Chili Con Dawg, Cheesy Jalapeño Daw, Super Dawg, and Salsa Dawg. All the Dawgs have a starting price of P169.

Zark's Burgers P15 Ultimate Burger promo is available on all Tuesdays of July (2, 9, 16, 23, and 10) for dine-in transactions only.

Vikings: 50% discount for lunch and dinner buffets

Here's another month-long promo for the frequent buffet goers: You can get a 50% discount at Vikings restaurants if you're a BDO Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, or UnionPay cardholder. The promo is applicable at Vikings, NIU by Vikings, The Alley by Vikings, and Tong Yang, both for their lunch and dinner buffets.

This credit card promo is available from Mondays to Fridays, excluding holidays, from July 1 to August 30. There is a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 full-paying adults.

Wildflour Restaurant: P12 for pastries

Last month, Wildflour Restaurant (with the other restaurants under Wildflour Hospitality Group), celebrated the lead-up to an important date by marking their 11th year and 11 months in with an 11.11 promo. Now, it's time for their actual 12th birthday! For the whole month of July, you can get your second pastry for only P12 (read: You purchase the first pastry at regular cost) to celebrate their 12.12. This promo is exclusively available from Mondays to Fridays, from 12 p.m. to 12:59 p.m. for dine-in and takeout transactions until July 31.

Tim Hortons: P50 for each Maple Donut

In case you didn't know, Tim Hortons is a coffee chain that started in Canada, and so to celebrate Canada Day in the Philippines, they're having a one-day promo with their Maple Donuts up for just P50 each on July 1. This is applicable for the following Maple Donuts: Maple Cream, Maple Dip, and Maple Bacon.

This Tim Hortons promo is available on July 1 at selected Tim Hortons stores. It is applicable for dine-in, takeout, drive-thru, and pick-up (Tim Hortons Philippines app) transactions and is unavailable for delivery.

Tropical Hut: Hawaiian Glee burger meal for P273

Tropical Hut has Rainy Savers meals available until the end of August. The biggest saving you can get is with the Hawaiian Glee burger meal, which is bundled with Macaroni Salad, Regular Fries, and a Medium Softdrink of your choice. Instead of its regular price of P273, its discounted price is P273, saving you a total of P29. The other discounts apply to their Fried Chicken, Spring Chicken, Bistek Tagalog, and more.
