New Yorkers weigh in after presidential debate between Trump and Biden
I feel like both were like, like, it was high school. They were both going back and forth. It was like throwing jabs at each other. We're not here for that. We're here for the American people. And we need to make that known. And we need to be voting as such. So I don't feel like yesterday's debate really helped us. Yeah. I watched it on my phone on the bus home from work last night. What do you think about it? I thought it was a little funny and a little sad. Why funny? Just when they were arguing about their golf handicap, it was kind of ridiculous, you know, a little funny with some of the stumbles and stuff, but obviously sad because it's a serious matter as well. And you know, 300 million person country, the only two guys we can get. So I didn't watch the entire debate. I just watched maybe about 2025 minutes of it. Nothing was being talked about that was important. With all due respect, it was hard to understand the president and the other guy was just rambling off, nothing tangible concrete on his end. It was just, you know, this is what I, I, I, I, I, but there was no results from the I or the Y. And it, you know, I just saw it and I just decided to change the TV for me to decide, you know, it's, it's up in the air because I don't know if any of the candidates are going to be here a year or two from now, you know, and, and that's what concerns me, you know. Well, it's that and then making excuses, right? You know, you make an, oh, he has a cold all, you know, I've taken cognitive tests. OK, where are the results? I mean, it's, it's just, it's too much banter. They're like 13 year olds, you know, and, and they're supposed to be serving the people and, and they're back and forth, you know, one person should ignore the other one and let him continue to rank. And one person just talk about what you've done and what you plan to do. I'm a Trump supporter because of his ideas and the way he has run the country in the past. But I also want to hear President Biden, what he had to say this time, even though I've I've seen and hear, I've seen and hear what he's been going through these three years. It's been the presidency, but I wanted to hear him himself, see my own eyes yesterday. And I was not happy. And so at the moment, I, I think I know who I'm going to lean toward to vote for. I kind of personally felt bad seeing him up there, the way he presented himself. And I think President Biden maybe should not be in this position. And it's the condition, physical condition and mental condition that I saw, maybe the rest of the world has seen, aside from the American people. And I felt bad for him. I felt bad for him, for this gentleman should not be in that position. He should be home being taken care of.
