Spiral Manila bids goodbye ahead of Sofitel's closure
Spiral Manila has officially bid goodbye to its patrons as its home, Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, is about to close.
“With a mix of gratitude and sadness, we would like to inform you that Spiral is set to embark on its final culinary journey tomorrow, June 30, 2024,” the restaurant wrote on social media.
“Your laughter, your conversations, and your delight in our culinary adventures have filled Spiral with life and joy. Our deepest thanks [go] to our master culinary artisans, whose creativity and passion brought each dish to life. Their dedication made us a place of extraordinary gastronomic adventure and joy.”
It ended its post by writing, “The metro's most interactive dining destination now bids adieu.”
In May, Sofitel confirmed that it was closing its doors starting July 1.
The luxury resort announced that it will cease operations as "part of our ongoing commitment to providing our guests and colleagues with the best possible experience."
