China: Robots, AI products widely applied to life, production scenarios in China
Highly developed products like robots and unmanned vehicles are becoming more common in People's Daily lives in China. At the World Robot Conference in Beijing earlier this year, humanoid robots that can cook, clean and even fold clothes attracted a lot of attention. Other robots demonstrated how they could assist farmers in harvesting crops. Our robots can currently pick apples, Kiwis and tomatoes working 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Another exhibitor showcased a robot targeted at the elderly care market. The robot mainly focuses on the elderly, providing care for their daily lives and managing their health, including the screening for Alzheimer's disease. It can even help the elderly do some simple things at home. Driverless vehicles, meanwhile, have already become reality in East China's on WE province, where locals can ride driverless buses for free. I think the experience is very good. First of all, there are two large screens where you can clearly see the road conditions and the related driving conditions. The bus runs at a rather stable speed and the general feeling of taking the bus is quite good. Autonomous vehicles are also widely being used in the logistics sector, which experts say has significantly improved efficiency.
