Buttery Breakfast Smash Burgers

We've got our Sunnyside eggs here, and we're just going to pop the yolk cheddar cheese, two slices right on top, and then we can slide these eggs right off on top of the cheddar. Now we're going to take these two patties right on top, Some compound butter here with some jalapeno and bacon, caramelized onion, a little scoop of that, give some sweetness in there and a little umami flavor. We're going to move these to the left to give room. All right, we've got our doughnuts right here, and now I've got a strip of bacon and I'm just going to slice right through this doughnut. It's a nice soft brioche doughnut. And I'm going to take my piping bag. I've got some cream cheese in here, some herbs and some chives. These full of cream cheese. We're going to take our burgers now, place one on top of one doughnut, balance it carefully. We've got Maple syrup. We're going to give it a nice coating of Maple syrup and now crushed pecans. That's going to give it some nice crunch and a little toasty flavor on top, just like that. And take our other bun, our other burger bun. And these look epic. Make sure they don't fall. And now we're going to take our presses and smash these burgers down. Man, those look so amazing. We're going to take this juicy breakfast burger on to plate it up. Double smash doughnut breakfast burger. All right, moment of truth. It's time to eat this bad boy. Man, that looks so good. Oh man, the pecans in there. You got the egg in between, sweet, savory, a little bit of jalapeno first, some spice that tastes super fantastic. This is a winner, ma'am. We've got one smashed burger. Now let's smash the same ingredients but in a different fashion. Let's go. Today you're going to see two ways to smash brunch butter burgers. And now we've got our burger presses. Here. We're going to smash these down for a nice smashed burger. Smashing these down. Those are nice. We've got a bacon jalapeno, cream cheese compound butter that we're going to place right in the middle. Back to our sausage balls right here. Oh so gooey and juicy. And now we take our burger presses again, smash them down. Look at that. All right, we're done sealing these burgers and now it's time to flip them. Nice golden brown on each side there. It's not a brunch burger without the eggs, so we're going to get our eggs onto our buttered plancha here. We're going to season our eggs up here. Now we're going to take one egg a piece, place it right on top. We're going to take our doughnuts. We've got them cut in half, put our bottom right there, and now the top is going to go in Maple syrup and for a nice crunch, pecans, and we're going to press that down and place it right on top of our burger. We're going to top off our burgers right there. All right, We've got our nice running egg yolk sitting in the middle there, and now I'm going to go with spicy aioli on the bottom half of this doughnut. We've got one piece of green leaf lettuce, nice piece of heirloom tomato, and now cheese, cheddar cheese. You can't have enough cheese. I know there's cheese on the inside of the burger. We want cheese on the outside of the burger. And last but not least, some caramelized onions. And now we'll see this guy. It's going to go right on top. Beautiful. It's cut into this baby.
