Delightful Banana Mini Muffins
We're going to place one banana here and we're going to start piping our meringue. I'm just going to pipe it down the side just like this. We wanted to put the meringue close together and we'll turn that around and we'll continue our meringue here on this side. Now we're going to come over to our other bananas. Now the rest of our meringue, I'm going to pipe some onto our plate. We're going to come back with a banana. This is a really fun little trick you can do. It's going to give a really great design on our plate. Look at that there. Blur torch down this side. Now we're going to take these to the oven. We're going to place these in the oven at 200° for one hour. Now armor rings are ready. We've let them cool completely in the oven. We're going to take these out and we're going to slowly take them off and they should just come out easily. We're going to take our bananas and bring them over here and we're just going to cut the end off. We're going to come over here. I have some cake batter prepared. We're just going to squeeze these bananas into our cake batter. There we go. We're going to add in some chocolate chips and now we're going to stir that together, get all of that banana and sugar chips incorporated. I'm just going to take a scoop of our dough and we'll bring it into our piping bag and take that out. We'll come over to our mini muffin pan. We're just going to start filling those. You want to fill in about 2/3 of the way full. I'll just fill our last two and we're going to put them at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. We're just going to leave our muffins to bake in there. We're going to come over to our banana. We're going to slide the skin right off and I'm just going to take a knife and I'm going to carefully cut the banana in half their sugar on my blood fridge. I'm just going to come back. All right, We're going to caramelize those bananas now. We're going to take our bananas. We're going to bring them over here. We're going to start our final presentation, put our last one in like this. Now our muffins are ready. We're going to put those out. We'll take these two. I cut those in half, bring them over to our dessert place those in there. Now it's time for our ice cream. Chocolate strawberry. Just going to bring this over here go. We're going to start adding in some of our little ice cream balls, a little chocolate ice cream, and now for the touch. Final touch, chocolate syrup.
